On the way to my house...
Leaving behind my old home, yet beautiful &...
Two wonderful persons (old by age)...
The most lovable people for a child on this earth & so as mine...
...May be weak physically/unhealthy, yet seemed to be energetic...
...Still young & strong at HEART...
I know...
Their age is not fully supporting for a smooth life...
Really wanted to take their Grand son/daughter’s/daughter-in-law’s/Son’s support...
But distance between them added to their misfortune...
I watched...
Their struggled and still struggling for the welfare of their children...
Just because of a relation linked with Blood...
Mind says...
You've more responsibilities further and two lovely people are waiting at house...
They are on your left shoulder...
Heart says...
You just can’t leave/ignore the most lovable persons (who now became old) and
The LOVE you've got for so many years...
They are on my right shoulder...
Everytime, I try to balance both my shoulders...
Am falling down in one or the other way...
So moving forward in an imbalanced Life Style...
Before marriage they're my both eyes...
After they've become one and the other filled with my blood...
With many more emotional thoughts...
Reached my house and knocked...
My little son opened the door ...
I say my Father in him and I kissed ...
My wife is in the kitchen...
I reminded my mother and I smiled...
Slowly stepped into my room...
Before I thought to wipe my wet eyes...
Both the lovely faces started fading away slowly from my Mind...
Yet my Heart is still sad...and says...
"You just can't leave them ALL ALONE as you are their ONLY SON"...
I wanted to Scream and tell them ...
I was made helpless in all the ways...
Except asking God, in all my prayers...
To take my pain off and extend HIS hand to you both...
Just felt to say...
AM VERY SORRY... mom & dad...
Am unable to give my hand...
when you need the MOST...
Then I looked into my son's eyes...
Am afraid of my turn, when I become old... :-)
An inevitable journey of LIFE...
A beautiful word about father & mother:
" Listen to your FATER who gave you LIFE...and
Do Not despise your MOTHER when she is OLD...
